Bloody loving it

it’s got everything I need in terms of power and battery life. The screen is gorgeous and everything is zippy. Opens up my autocad files with multiple layers like a champ.

ihad the 16” i9 model in 2019 but was too heavy for me to lug around everyday as I commute and go to multiple sites.
The 14” performs better and it’s quiet and doesn’t break my back!

so in Short, I’m loving it

Consider you sinkies lucky, can still return your purchase for full refund to Apple Centre.

Here in HK. these idiots dont know anything about this policy, as if apple hk is not same network as apple worldwide.

discount? never! even at those retailers. But at least in HK prices here are about 7% cheaper. That can be quite a lot. The M1 MacBook Pro 16" I bought cost HK$21,299 - that's about S$3,685. In sg the same spec cost S$4,049.00.

So, better get you apple product soon before 8% gst kicks in.

Any good recommendation for external monitor to use with Macbook Pro?
  • 27 inch upwards
  • USB C connection
  • 4K
  • 16:10 aspect ratio
  • $500-600 possible?
Thanks

Macbook Pro delivered by Amazon SG but the delivery left outside the door and left. Delivery stated needed signature due to cost of the items. What's wrong with these people? Obviously the company is not looking seriously into delivery men doing that.

i found it funny because i experienced it all when my laptop died and i borrowed my friend MB air

I thought his concerns were legitimate. Found the same issues.when I switched my laptop from Windows to Mac

I don't know didn't see the delivery person. Sad to learn that even Amazon SG is like that nowadays.
It is the Singaporean mentality. They knocked each door waste 2 min. Then sometimes you check this, check that. Dump outside takes 10 sec.
