may i know, where you all send your imac for repair if the warranty still available?

by the way, what if we loss the receipt to proof of purchase, will the warranty be void?

how to extend the warranty, if it's going to end soon?

I normally go to eserv (?) at ION Orchard and there is at least one more location at Orchard Central I think.

Can you not go back to the retailer where you purchased the iMac for the receipt?

how to go back to the retailers, if i have already bought the imac at least 2 years ago...

Since you state Applecare protection plan and your warranty is still available, that means you should have entered the serial number of your iMac with the Applecare serial number into the Apple website. Then you don't need receipt. Just call Apple support.

If you bought your iMac online from Apple store, and the Applecare together, then your iMac will already have been registered with Applecare under the iTunes account you bought it from.

If you bought your Applecare separately, and if you never key in the details into Apple store, when you bought your Applecare (meaning you never open the package and read), then GG

I went home and open the AppleCare package and register online for extend warranty until 2014...

so that means, if my iMac need got problem, I'm able to call apple hotline and invite apple tech to come my house to repair without the recipe?

by the way, how to extend my iMac warranty to 2016, need to purchase the apple care package outside retail or extend it online in apple store?

If i am not wrong u can't extend it past the 2014, mac come with 1 year warranty after which u buy applecare and extend it another 2 years thats all.
