Hi I have iPhone 6 which in late aug started turning off randomly at any battery percentage. It would then show the picture that battery is low and need to charge
1)I went to Apple they did diagnostic and say battery passed
2) they asked me to setup as new phone and fresh reinstall which I did
3) went back to them last month and they said it's a known software issue with the iOS. Asked me to use iOS 10
4) went back to them as issue still persists they did another diagnostic and said battery is okay
5) told me that Apple will resolve this software "bug" all I can do is wait
But why my other friend iPhone 6 don't face this problem?
Now my warranty just expired. Did Apple purposely delay me?
Any others facing this issue?
