Hi I have iPhone 6 which in late aug started turning off randomly at any battery percentage. It would then show the picture that battery is low and need to charge

1)I went to Apple they did diagnostic and say battery passed
2) they asked me to setup as new phone and fresh reinstall which I did
3) went back to them last month and they said it's a known software issue with the iOS. Asked me to use iOS 10
4) went back to them as issue still persists they did another diagnostic and said battery is okay
5) told me that Apple will resolve this software "bug" all I can do is wait

But why my other friend iPhone 6 don't face this problem?

Now my warranty just expired. Did Apple purposely delay me?

Any others facing this issue?

Replace the battery

My personal feel, battery will give problems after 1 year or so, earlier if u always charge the phone while driving

2 years and Apple care just expired. Maybe I am too nice and not demanding enough to the CSO

No lah . Depends how u charge 1 lah

I see. In that case Apple has been smoking me all this while telling me it's a software issue until my warranty expired.

Last time when using iPhone 4 it's so fuss free any problem they replace for you. Apple has changed

Well, you can only blame those arseholes who abuse the system by insisting on 1-to-1 exchange for cosmetic reasons.
