Apple Express Replacement Service

I've an issue with my iphone 6 lcd screen.. There's a dark spot at the top left corner of the screen (as if the lcd was folded).. Am considering of opting for the Express Replacement Service.. Any bros here opted for that service before? How long does it take? How is the experience? Should i opt for the service or shld i bring it to the service centre (but i had seen alot of bad reviews about the service centres)?

Do you have Apple Care+? If so, you could try for express replacement. But i think Apple may require you to bring it in for a technician to take a look. I used express replacement before as i dropped the phone and my lcd screen cracked.

Erm it's still in warranty but i dun have Apple Care+. I know i have to pay $38 if i were to opt for the service. I've chatted with the apple support staff using their chat system ytd and had shown them a photo of the phone problem and he said I can request for the Express Replacement Service..

Haha.. Just curious, how do i go about sending the faulty phone back to Apple after i received the replacement?

The package will come with the replacement phone, and a return prepaid DHL bag together with instructions. All you need to do is to phone DHL up to ask them to come collect.

Hi, sorry to bring up an old thread. How long did it take for Apple to receive the original iPhone and cancel the authorisation charge after sending it via DHL?
