Items purchased at the Apple Online Store that are received between 10 November and 25 December 2020 may be returned up to 8 January 2021.

If purchase the newly release Macbook Pro M1 & upgrade to 16 gb ram.
When return get Full Refund or Partial Refund ?

Yep, confirmed with Jewel Apple Store Staff, basically everything you purchase from the 3 Apple Store in SG is covered by the Holiday Return Policy!
