I restore my backup on another phone, and i also change the sim card.

Now i cant sign in to my apple id even though i got the correct password cos the OTP (2 factor authentication) was sent to my old number.

How to solve this issue ???

Call Apple

You want to try disabling 2-factor authentication via AppleID website?
