My current ip5 is eligible but so far I got no problems. Should I fix it? Is it a repair process or they give you a newly refurbished set? Free right?

Its a repair process - they will remove any protective film (e.g. screen protector) from the phone and assess the phone - one of my friend got a refurbished set cos there was an existing battery issue.

Mine also refurbished set with three month warranty cos there was an battery issue.
New battery just go through 38 charge cycle after two month of usage

no warranty - they repair only
if still under warranry - they give refurbised.

got my ip5 replaced in a.labs and is under warranty till friday.
now i have 90 days more
