Apple iPHONE Disabled ? HELP

Hi all , I have an spare iPhone which my kid messed around with. Now its like disabled for 23 million mins. Anybody has any idea what to do ?

Wait for it to finish countdown, enter your pin and it will be ok. About 43 years wait...

Just plug into iTunes that you sync with the system before & you can bypass the mins.
