I dun know why ppl want to buy 1st few days or even weeks on launching, sure many defects/bugs. Buy 3-6 mths later with newer manufactured batches safer when they rectify all the problems..

Early product defects exist. Most phone are launch based on tight leadtime and datetime.

Speaking as a current Moto Razr foldable user I mostly use my phone in unfolded mode...the folding is novel but fragility of the device ruins it.

After this phone I'm going to get a normal one, no more foldable for me
Yeah people will still worry foldables will eventually break after too much opening. It feels like 开一次,少一次 :frown:

Reports are mounting that Apple's foldable iPhone Duo devices are experiencing serious display failures, with screens reportedly malfunctioning along the hinge crease after just days of use.

Customers in Japan, China, Australia, and other countries have reported similar issues; some devices allegedly failing while still on display in retail stores.

The most common complaint? A black line suddenly appearing across the screen, raising concerns about the device's durability and long-term reliability.

We advise you to stay away from this device

While durability is not strong suit compared to (all) precious Samsung folds,

I am surprised the (relatively large) impact of the matt film on image quality. Necessary evil.

Do they realized foldable phones existed for years?

I am very amazed at their surprise with the fold features.

Nothing really gets invented until Apple 'invents' it.

Why only you feel this way?....The definitely feels premium and is sold out in Australia, USA and long queues waiting for stock.

If you cannot afford say cannot afford.
They cannot understand it's not about affordability, it's about ability to low key flex anywhere ..

Got crease or green line means it's time for Fruit Duo 2 liao..

But apple fans are quite one-sided la. This Duo is extremely flawed in real usability. Matte screen makes the deep blacks look gray. The "thicker and stiffer" matte screen protector creases more over time. The rounded corners make the screen space less usable. The phone is "heavy". The multi-tasking capability is far worse than Samsung. App optimisation is not guaranteed due to the small % of Duo users.

Haiz acherly none of my business cos I not buying.

Would prefer a smaller phone.

Already damaged a lot of my pants pockets since phones become > 6" cannot imagine getting a foldable one.
