I am not talking about the subscription, but the whole membership itself. I have cancelled the subscription already but they still wont allow me to change my app store to another country's one

yes u can change but need verify your payment mode i.e. credit card issued country

Why would you need to be logged in to your Apple Music account when changing stores? o.o You wouldn't be able to use your Apple ID account in another country...

Try going to the Music app, under "For You", tap on the Head icon on the top left, "Sign out" and try to change stores by logging into an account not in your current country. It should change stores.

Edit: you might need to go through Support to terminate your trial. I tried digging for one but there doesn't seem to be a "immediately opt out" button anywhere
