Apple online store returns policy

Hi guy sorry if this has been asked before. I ordered a BeatX from the apple online store this afternoon. It immediately went to Preparing for Shipmment status so I can't cancel it.

I want to ask what is Apples return policy for these kind of items? Is there a restocking fee? It says that I can create a return request only after it shipped so what's the process like?

There is no restocking fee. Once you received the item then you will be able to see that you can create a return request on your web order. You have 14 days to do so.
