anyone knows how to complain about them to apple headquarters?

Then go open a case, select phone/online chat support.

Tell them your issue.
Be polite.
They'll do their best to resolve your issue.

my phone is under warranty but they refused to repair and said i modify it? wtf?

My 15inch Macbook Pro went to services a lot of times.

I've been to A.Lab several times.. more than 4 times
(graphics failure, hdd almost die, battery replacement, subwoofer speaker replacement...,etc)

I also been to QDC once, just because I can send my Mac near my workplace.
To replace my hdd failure.. can't boot up.

From my experience.. all I can say is, both A.Lab and QDC services are both fine for me. No hassle nor problem. Can also request for expedite.

Feel bad for you having a bad experience from QDC though.

Don't make an assumption. QCD/A.Lab are outsource service centre which are authorised by Apple.

Furthermore, Genius Bar is opening in the near future. Those Genius are 1000x better than outsource's technician.

Give Apple another chance again.

like PetPet said, open a case. Apple Twitter acct is also quite responsive. i send them dms they typically reply in a few hrs...
