Has anyone used the Express Replacement Service for your iPhone here in Singapore before?

I have unusual battery drain issue on my iPhone 6, went to A Lab, ran some useless 'diagnostic process' and returned me the phone back giving the green light that the phone's hardware is ok.

I'm in contact with a Senior Technical Advisor from Apple (it was my last choice), we're going through some test again, probably heading towards the replacement route.

Has anybody have experience regarding this?

Thanks.

At the service center, I was given the reason that the app I used keep on crashing, hence reduced the battery life...

I'm also curious about what the technical guy say...

They once told me that apps cause the ipad to drain batt. And advise me to do a reset and see if it work. But I ask them what apps was it, the cso said safari and imsg after the diag test.
When I hear about it, I don't know to laugh or to get angry. And I ask them restore will help? They said if you restore without setup and install apps, then confirm is safari and imsg.
The cso is a senior tech from apple which I call over the phone. Can you believe it!

Why don't you do a full restore of your phone WITHOUT restoring from a backup. Install back important apps like Whatsapp and etc only.

Than you monitor from there itself?

From what I think, he's giving you a replacement just to give you a benefit of doubt. Why won't you troubleshoot on the software side of the issue first?

Just came back from A lab too. Was told by a short hair dude that my apps are crashing (they didn't even) and caused battery drain.

My 6s+ don't even last 6 hours of usage.... Gonna restore as new and monitor
