Apple support rant

Got a new iphone 7 from starhub .. din peel off the plastic to check, went home then realised the back logo not flush with the body, when touching it feels like touching ur nails after cutting it.

Went to Authorized Apple Serving Provider A.lab, the fellow say cannot do anything coz cosmetic issue. Do up a case for it and tell me to contact apple support, and they will decide.

Apple support guy cannot find the case number, even ask me what is A.lab. Then he ask me to hang on while he go apple website and crt+F "cosmetic" then tell me the warranty nvr mention "cosmetic" so no case.

Then I contact the US apple support, they say everything is determined by the "technicians of your nearby store" and they can't do anything.

Piangz eh. FML.

Lesson learnt: should have check on the spot. Didn't check so suck thumb.
