Hi guys,

Recently I signed up for Fibre Starhub and they said that I have to use their Router . And now my Time Capsule is sitting at home doing nothing.

Can I use my time capsule as an access point ? Because I want it to be in my room while my router is in the Living room.

If so how do i Setup?

I want to let my time capsule be
- Backup Storage (Placed in my room)
- Act as Access point. Can it connect through wifi?

Yes. Configure it as bridge mode. Use your Starhub router as gateway and you're good to go!!

turn off wifi on your router, connect the time capsule via ethernet to the router and use Airport Utility to set it up to Bridge mode and broadcast wifi, otherwise you will get double NAT if setting it up straight to broadcast a wireless network in the setup assistant.
