How does apple tv actually work?
Can it mirror all the application at my iPad, mini iPad and iPhone?
Or it can only mirror some of the application at those device?
I went to the shop, some said can mirror all application, some said can mirror only some application.

Can I link my iPad to seagate wireless plus and mirror the movie show inside the seagate wireless plus to apple tv?

You can use airplay to mirror what you see on your ios devices on your tv.

No idea how your seagate device work but what i do is, i use plex. My movies and tv shows are stored on my NAS. Then i run the plex media server on my mac mini, point it to the folders in NAS, pay a small fee for the ios plex app, airplay to tv.

There is no jail breaking after the atv2. Jail breaking u able to install xbmc use apps like icefirm to watch over online movie, news, Korea drama for free.
But as more of there andrio tv appear on the market, xbmc can be install on any device including you PC or Mac. Therefore I believe they stop at atv2.

Good is that you can watch all channel including Singapore channel.
Bad is when those site like "maga" or online site been remove, the movie or tv channel u following, suddenly cannot watch. But u have to check back to see if the site restore and u can continue to watch. And also the bandwidth. And number of people accessing the show.

So far my jailbreak atv2 serve me very we'll and I too busy to go cinemas and my family been watching show at my cinemas room(bed room).

Airplay is to output the screen from your device/ computer to TV screen via Apple TV through wireless.

I can airplay my ipad, iphone, macbook air screen to TV. For example i airplay my phone screen. What I see on the TV is exactly same as what I see in my phone. The phone becomes my controller...

Same for Ipad, if i go xin msn watch video, there will be an airplay icon for you to decide if you want to airplay it to your TV..

Quite cool for me. Best thing is I can search and watch youtube videos using Apple TV, rather than I sitting on chair watching youtube videos on my macbook air

no you can't..you need itunes running on a computer
