Any of the 4 AASP outletss can service Apple TVs.

Your Apple TV is still in warranty right? if not, i wouldn't bother bringing in to AASP, you'll probably end up paying the price of an Apple TV for the service.

Have you reviewed the steps in this article? Apple TV (2nd and 3rd generation): Troubleshooting video issues - Apple Support

one step which not a lot of users aware is changing the Apple TV resolution.

Change the Apple TV resolution:
Press and hold the Menu and Up button on your Apple Remote for six seconds.
The Apple TV will automatically cycle to the next resolution at approximately 20 second intervals.
Press Play on the Apple Remote to keep the current resolution or Select to manually cycle to the next resolution.
