Though not tested with the LTE models, but this app works on the Apple Watch with the concept of WhatsApp Web.

WatchChat for WhatsApp by Alexander Nowak

Yes to your question. Regardless of LTE model or normal, you can receive WhatsApp messages cos they are notifications. You can choose to reply or dismiss. BUT you can’t start a new msg chat or initiate any chats. Gotten used to this already.

As for WatchChat app, read that it’s terribly buggy. Not worth to pay to try personally. But by all means, do update us if this is worth a purchase.

SS or SBSS, thinking thinking. From the screenshots above, like mostly go for SBSS. Any reasons for this decision? It seems like SBSS does not have much love from Apple, given that there are not many watch bands/straps to select as compared to SS. Sigh! Don't know which to choose.

No one can commit an answer to you actually.. but actually based on successful stories, seem like those mentioned models are actually supported by singtel though there is no official word from them that says, yes they support.

Maybe you wanna consider the information here before you commit?

Even if I get this watch for future LTE use hopefully in other telco also possibile rite?...currently in M1 haiz...

Actually Singtel had posted the supported models when I visit their web days ago.
It's just recommending user to get from local.
