I think there’s one option “Delete my Singtel Plan” or Delete my Plan”. If you click on that, the eSIM profile is removed.

Don’t do that. It will complicate things.

Under iPhone and Watch profiles .. I don't see any eSIM profiles. I'm not sure how it would be deleted. My I think never installed before because I forced reboot after failing to activate for a few hours.

Is the option in general tab? Or mobile data tab?

I see, so this is the eSIM profile removal.

I guess eSIM profile can only be removed via this method, while not rebooting or resetting the watch equates to removing eSIM profile.

Also, numbershare can only be terminated via singtel if i'm not wrong, and that removing eSIM profile does not equate to terminating numbershare.

Those who have issue with the activation should refrain from removing this profile, or else the team is gonna have a hard time provisioning the service for you, as shown by the previous experiences of users having delayed activation.

For a lot of us we did not even reach this stage of being able to remove a profile. Because the profile never got set up. It keeps saying loading plan with a rotating circle. Before sending u to a page stating u are already subscribed.

Also to update. Was on Apple support online chat. They said we can try giving Singtel the EID number of the watch. Hat was How so,e of the overseas users in the original launch solved heir problems. Although I’m not sure how Singtel should integrate or use the eid number.

If I'm not wrong, if you got issue with activation (Never activation before).
There's no exclamation icon as show to remove the profile.

The exclamation with carrier name only appears after u had successfully setup.

Those got issue with Singtel likely to failed in between the activation and never get to see this.

My first activation took about 5 minutes. Recently I went to Orchard Apple Store to replace my watch and I encountered the “You are already subscribed to NumberShare” error in my new Watch. I called 1688 immediately and they decided to cancel my subscription, waive the activation fee, and advised me to subscribe again after 24 hours.
Right after 24 hours I subscribe to NumberShare again and it took about 5 minutes to activate.

I am facing the same “I am already subscribed” issue despite a replacement of the watch and numerous troubleshooting attempts with the Apple technical team. Having read the posts of fellow forumers, I called 1688 and requested that they cancel the NumberShare service, so that I can resubscribe. I was however informed by Singtel that 1) my profile seems to be working perfect from their end, and 2) I have to pay penalty charges for early termination of contract, which comes up to a hundred-ish dollars. To add to my anguish they advised me to contact Apple technical support for what seemed to be the nth time.

I am at my wits end. If anyone managed to get Singtel to cancel their NumberShare service without penalty, could you share your experience and particularly how did you convince them to waive the penalty?

This is how I did it. See my msgs to them:
Can u just go and terminate my NumberShare and waive the termination charges so I can re configure.
Everybody else on HWZ forums that had problems already resolved except mine. It’s simple .. just terminate the account free which I’ve been asking since last Friday
If you don’t take action by today I will write to the newspapers to complain how poor your support is.
I will also complain to Apple
It still does not work .. if u have said your side is ok then obviously it must be my side .. but I can’t do anything unless u terminate it
TERMINATE the NumberShare TODAY. Stop wasting time solving at your end. Let me do something at mine end.
I have a B Eng (Electrical & Electronics) and ran MINDEF’s IT support department for many year. No one troubleshoot like you guys. U must check end to end. U are only checking backend.
The termination excuse is utter rubbish. So many people in HWZ forum had same problem and Singtel help them terminate and reapply and problem solved. Why are you discriminating against me?

I am in the same scenario with you. Cso don't have the access to the terminate numbershare and requested me to go back to Suntec shop and get it sorted out.

I suggest u report by HWZ Forum PM Singtel account. At least they ask sensible questions. Also use the Singtel mobile app and message them. That way everything is documented and they can’t run away .. actually I reported by 1688, HWZ Pm and Singtel mobile app. Singtel should really give proper support for a new rollout. Different support personnel have very different levels of competence.
