On your phone, go to setting > General > about. Your phone should prompt you to update carrier settings to 31.1.

Updating to 31.1 will have a drop in cellular connectivity for a few seconds due to settings update. If your phone doesn’t connect to cellular network after too Long, reboot it..

The setup plan on my watch app is not clickable.... how to update to telco 31.1?
I only have 31.0

The carrier settings is pushed by Apple (I think). So last weekend, they might be testing it. Maybe they toggle back off the push. Try again tomorrow for the official launch.

for those who are using LTE now... is it auto switch to LTE once the phone is away? or you need to manual turn it off if i want to use bluetooth only?

He meant he has 31.5, which is different from us 31.1.. I updated on that Saturday early in the morning though..

I know, what I’m tying to say is there’s a new update of carrier on 7/2/18 and he might be using the new carrier assuming its 31.5.

Got to know of this carrier update when I got issue and call ST hotline last week.
