It doesn't. Cosmetic damages not included. You cannot even use accidental damage (require a fee for replacement) if the damage does not affect the functionality of the watch. I asked twice recently already. Haha.

if it happen, ask the genius of coz if ur fault u need to cook up a nice story to the genius la.

Even not your fault, as long as watch still function as it should, no repair will be carried out even if you are willing to pay.

I fully agree, but from my experience of using a space grey alumnium without any kind of protector, it's very hardy. I only had one scratch but it's barely noticeable. And I've knocked my watch on quite a few doors and glass haha

Agree. My first gen watch kena whacked quite a bit also. It did pick up some scratches but considered quite ok. It depends on the strength of the impact and also the surface of the object you knock against. Such thing cannot be controlled. Sometimes things just happen and it may not even be your fault.

Qoo10 has but from my experience with a few, not that good. First of all, your costly Apple Watch (even those aluminium ones) will look ugly.. Second, some protectors (cheaper kind) will affect the sensitivity of the touch screen.

Use the refund policy since it’s within 14 days purchase window period.....

Return the watch and go buy another one...

Agree. Don't even have to wait to return first.. If you can find one in store, quickly purchase first. Then return the defective one.

Totally agree with this..

That’s why I opt for SS, sapphire glass, really use naked compared to my aluminium one previously, add case and protector, changed the way the watch felt, made it alot more bulky
