You have to call Singtel to cancel the current one, then re-activate it on the new watch.

If within 14 days, u can return it.
Else if pass 14 days, u can contact Apple n indicated that u Wan to get series 4, so wish to return it.

Mine is stainless LTE...
I got it 2nd hand too so $580 is like breakeven to me haha

Yes. Initially, phone suddenly cannot turn on due to empty batt. Then I recharged it and after charging to full constantly drop at standby, even drains when it’s turned off. So I suspected might be battery issue and did full iPHone restore 3 times to no avail.

So brought it to Apple Store lor and they ran diagnostics, found no issues with battery but I requested for battery replacement anyway. After replacement also same issue and they told me only solution is to replace whole unit.

I suspect might be motherboard, since battery’s ok.

I think it is the power management chip issue. I had the same issue and changed it when I was traveling in Thailand. Cost about $100
