Ya v Glad got the al gps one. After all my main reason is fall detection n ecg. After 2 weeks of use I find it dam convenient . No need to take iPhone out of pocket , only for taking photos

That's the plus side of the cellular version, but drains battery a lot faster when on mobile data.

Anyway some apps still do require a connection to the iPhone in order to work.

Sapphire glass is more brittle than the Ion-X glass on the aluminium version.

Hmm actually this time may want try the SS models but by seeing this comment.. need to think twice liao... put screen protector?

I got the SS gold version. Bladi screen got a small tiny chip after hitting something. I thought the screen is made of sapphire glass?

I’ve the original watch, S2, S3 and now S4, all SS and never needed any form of protection on the watch. Putting a screen protector on the SS’s screen makes it look weird.

I think its best to get those housing cover for the watch as I got scratches in all my watches. When I get the new one, I know for sure to get the housing.

I think its best to get those housing cover for the watch as I got scratches in all my watches. When I get the new one, I know for sure to get the housing.

Housing is also personal preference but a clear one on SS will look quite ok. SS after some time will still have tiny hairline scratches which gives the material character as it’s being used over time.

All my Apple Watches have these tiny hairline scratches and that also includes the S4, which is also starting to have some.

Hi guys. I think most of you are aware of the watchOS 5.1 issue.

The best part is, throughout testing watchOS 5.1 Dev Beta, there were no such problems.

Right now, my iPhone and Apple Watch rather stay on the beta than the public release build.

The watchOS 5.1 OTA update has been pulled/removed due to reports of it having to brick the Apple Watches.
