Yup, 60 days for on device purchase, anything after is 365 days from date of purchase with documentation proof.

within 365 days if they say ok then can use EPP to buy and the coverage will start from date of purchase?

wow, I didn't know 3rd party insurance for gadget exist.
I am using Singtel mobile swop solely because it cover theft and loss & now I wonder which is better.
I think it's more important to ask if one can insure for everything.

because there will be a lot of things out there to be insured.

oh, I didn't know that.
I do need to insure for lost during holiday as well as daily commute as I mount my phone on my motorcycle.
if the mount fail the phone will just drop on the expressway cannot retrieve
actually maybe you need to think about what actually are you trying to insure. are you trying to insure for the cost of the phone or are you trying to insure for the lost of your phone. because while they might sound similar, they are very different.

the later is never possible to be insured because it is intangible. but the former is about the cost. so you need to decide if it is more worth paying an insurance for something while is expensive is still relatively a small sum of money, vs for other types of insurance where you pay for something where the payout is meant for bigger amount.
too bad I just found out about this now.
I just extended my iPad apple care + 2 months ago....
about what?
