after couple of years anyone claimed a replacement unit or swop sets? do you give you same color and models? i reckon they will but since the TnCs say they are allowed to give you different color or even different brand and models.

I heard of a customer gotten the entire phone replaced 1 for 1 for a badly smashed back. I spoke to him to understand the situation.

Same colour, same capacity. I had my iPhone X swapped 1 for 1 before.

U r do lucky.... i got a bad experience with Singtel mobileswop. I broke my phone screen and called them. They told me dont have my new contract and want me to send them a copy. Tot they are part of singtel, why asked me to send them a copy. When finally i got the customer service officer to tslk to them and send them my new contract. Mobileswop told me out of stock. Need to wait for 5 wirking days. Till now i still waiting for their call. Very bad service from mobileswop. They dont care about our loyalty to singtel. When contract us up. Thinking of changing to M1.
