i try to reset my apple login ID by using the 'forget password' link and follow by credit card so as to retrieve the password format faster.. but coming to 1.5-2 weeks already and yet no reply..

any1 knows how to proceed from here?

u can reset via your iPhone inside settings or just go to appleid.apple.com
