Apple's return policy

Return policy only applies to products purchase from the 2 Apple stores locally and the Apple online store. Even if u buy from challenger or istudio, the products are not covered under the return policy.

seems like you bought from Apple directly through Lazada... that's their return policy.

U cannot just enter any Apple store to return. There is a return/refund option in Lazada. U hv to go through that.

There are also terms and conditions for things that can be return. Your ipad must not be opened or with intact seals and tag.

Not when you bought from Lazada. Unless it’s still sealed, you can request a return to Lazada.
