Apps or method lower oversea roaming incoming calls

Any recommendations for singtel postpaid users lots of travel and receiving incoming calls costs.

When overseas, use whatsapp, wechat calls instead. It uses 4G data or wifi instead. Get a data plan from Singtel with easy data roam.

actually when we were traveling there will be incoming calls.
in order to lower the costs but still pick up the phone.

Do not pick up the call, use WhatsApp/Wechat to call back.

Get a local SIM if you need to stay a bit longer. I actually maintain a China Mobile SIM card (RMB18 per month) to receive SMS verification codes of apps. Then I can use it when travel to China as well. Data is charged only when used at RMB1 per day for 1GB per day. I am using a dual sim Android phone Huawei P20.
