For me, its a no brainer cos some of the assets injected in the Trust is very niche - ColdHub and Commodity Hub.

Even if you already own some industrial REITs like Maple and A-Reit, there's no harm to diversfy your holding.

Defintely a subscribe for me. Good luck all!

why do you feel the price is high? it is priced at the NAV per unit. as far as valuation goes, i think this method can be considered fair.

of course, then one has to ask abt how was the valuation derived...

if you compare with other industrial reits like cambridge, price is definitely on the high side. Cambridge is trading below nav now abd with higher yield

You cannot compare Australian-managed businesses with CLT, ARA and CWT. CWT has Temasick ownership also. ARA = Li Ka Shing.
