They are not scams.
I don't fully understand how it works. If you do, then you may go ahead and play with it. eToro, I believe, is one such broker.

Binary Option is a gambling too, not trading.

Although not scam, but many scammers use it because not regulated.

Tactic used by scammers include.

1. Give impossible condition so that you cannot withdraw your money.

2. Give ridiculous reason to refuse return of your money.

3. Unauthorized credit card deduction.

You play at your own risk.

yes, i did have account before. do read the terms and conditions properly. they wont let you take out money easily.

They will have a very dedicated person to help on you to so call "invest" but will eventually ask u to put more n more $
