My GTX 960 also RMA also no 1 to 1 replacement last time. Came back from RMA hor i think they reflash bios make it run lower clock somemore. i ji tao

Actually rma depends on the card fault. I just sent my gpu to banleong. Initially told me 6 weeks for repair. End up following day call me say they did checks say gpu die alr and my warranty is less than a year they offer 1 to 1 replacement.

Well keep it simple 2200G, 1 less hardware and point of failure? VCN has a few more codecs in full hw acceleration than the final UVD on mixed (assuming the drivers work )

Unless u need maybe more display out

That's why sometimes I wonder why do we even bother to buy locally when you have to send the item back to distro, wait for the RMA, then go back and collect.
I ever experience 2 x 6 weeks wait for GPU RMA. First time when the card came back, I went down to distro and asked them to test it. Did not work, so round 2, another 6 weeks wait. By the time the card came back the second time, it was already out of warranty after 3 months wait.

If you don't need the processing power, then this is fine. Otherwise, it is a steep downgrade. For the money, might as well just go get a GT 1030.

or get a GTX 1050Ti, this seems to be sweet spot for budget GPUs now
