Are Sharp refrigerators reliable and good?

Hi all. Buying a refrigerator, considering Sharp, Panasonic and Mitsubishi.

I noticed that Sharp's refrigerators are slightly cheaper than the Panasonic and Mitsubishi equivalents, but I don't have many friends using Sharp refrigerators.

Anybody using Sharp refrigerators can advise?

5 years on when we first moved in

now the fridge making that whirring sound
on/off
probably overloaded w/ contents on the freezer sect

in any case, consider MIJ products when buying household items
from other ppl's feedback here from prev threads

I am currently using the Sharp 5 doors model with water dispenser. In term of capacity, this model is the largest among other brands. Upon taking delivery, I found that the water dispenser door can't swirl. Lodge a complaint, have to book appointment for the service technician to certify the door is damaged before Sharp arranges a replacement unit.

Sharp fridges quality quite good & prices are cheaper than some similar competitor models because of more basic features but if have higher budget allows then get Panasonic, Mitsubishi or Hitachi.

I used a french door Sharp fridge before. It is very durable. I think I bought a Sharp fridge in my new house, much smaller one... using climate voucher.

I support Sharp.

But at the end it really comes down to the size of the fridge. It need to fit inside your kitchen... I bought Sharp also because the size just fit nicely into the corner of my small 3R flat's kitchen... So Sharp or panasonic or Mitsubishi they are all good. Jap fridges I like.

2 most important applicances are fridge and aircon.

just get japanese brand for these 2.

Buyed Sharp years ago, after some time passed the warranty period insai always gotch leaking

Changed to Mbishi, use for 12 yrs and counting and all ish still good albeit the rubber-strip around the fridge doors hab bcum abit laohong ie. moi hab to manually adjust it whenever it cant close properly/tightly

But of cos moi dun always overload with many stuffs, so that cud be one reasons why can last such nong

All big and bulky items kenot anyhow bai huan, cos very mafan when tio problems

Teebee chiu can bai cheap cheap, cos easy to handle or dispose

Thats why moi neber saved on buying "big bulky" items , hab neber post thread asking abt it
