I'm looking for 15 inch, UHD (3840x2160) non touch screen, kaby lake (coffee lake), minimum 16 GB of RAM, minimum 2 thunderbolt 3 port.

If you have the cash you could just buy Macbook Pro and install Windows. You'll need to buy a Windows license. Works perfectly on my Macbook

I'm looking for 16:9 aspect ratio.
The higher the resolution, the better.
Does MBP support 2k resolution (2560x1440) in windows mode?

Ah, ok. I think Macbooks are all 16:10. Native resolution should work fine. I have the 12" Macbook (not the Pro) and it supports the native 2304x1440 resolution (using Windows 10 Pro).

Was thinking maybe the Dell XPS 15 or Thinkpad P51 but they only have 1 thunderbolt port.

Technically the Windows version is the Surface Pro
Hmm but that doesn’t have the ports required or ram requirements.

For MacBook queries, would you like me to move this thread to the Apple Clinic instead? :)

Thank you for your explanation.
If there is no laptop with 2 thunderbolt port, XPS 15 definitely fit the bill...

Xiaomi Mi notebook Pro. 8th Gen CPU with 15.6" 1080p display, MX150 GPU and up to 16GB ram.

Sent from Redmi Note 4X Miku using GAGT

CMIIW, it has no thunderbolt port and not uhd display...

Surface Pro has 3:2 aspect ratio.
I think this thread better in this sub forum mod, thanks...
