Armageddon False advertising

False advertising of the XC27HD. They covered their tracks by changing their specs sheet on their official website but there are other spec sheets online which states that the XC27HD has G Sync. A simple google search would provide 2 or more images. The Sitex 2019 Brochure for Armageddon's XC27HD monitor also states that it has G Sync. However, the box in which it comes in does not have the G Sync label and yet has the AMD Free Sync label. Additionally, they have released a new product, the XC27HD Super which apparently has G Sync (take note of what i went through when buying the Super variant).

TL;DR From what i am observing, Armageddon is falsely advertising a product and made attempts to cover their tracks as seen from the different information provided on the XC27HD box and their own brochures as well as the sneaky change on their website's spec sheet. Also, prior to buying my XC27HD, their employee told me that it supports G Sync when it clearly did not. Nvidia's drivers do not recognise it as a G Sync model.

Based on what you provided in the OP,

- Armageddon provided wrong info on the Sitex 2019 brochure
- you bought it last year thinking it supported gsync
- you've decided to highlight this 5 months later ?

IMO, competitors no need to fear this brand coz it will self destruct with its low quality items. Price is too cheap to even have G Sync.

G-Sync and G-Sync support are different. When Nvidia announced G Sync compatible last year, some monitor manufacturers are quick to mention this on their product details. Knowing that Armageddon is not exactly a high end brand, I would have highly doubt they would release a monitor with proper G-Sync support. The G-Sync module costs quite a fair bit, which will in turn bump the prices of monitor up quite significantly. So only the high end monitors will have this feature.

I feel Armegeddon is better than Valore. I've used their earlier products, i.e. mouse, and it is pretty decent for its price. Valore is like the bottom of the chain.

to me, armaggeddon products are good alternative for parents, since they can get an "RGB product" for their kid(s) without breaking the bank??

$269 for a 27" monitor that supports 165 MHz and 2ms looks pretty decent to me.

Please show prove of purchase, receipt and when was it bought here.

Then head over to case to file under Lemon Law. You should have a case and hopefully a refund or replacement monitor.
