Artic Cooling MX4 in Old and New Packaging: Got Performance Diff?

Hi guys, for a really long while I noticed that the MX4 is now in blue packaging. It used to be in silver (and somewhat nicer and cooler) packaging.

And I dunno from where that I heard that the MX4 in blue packaging is different (and worse?) than the one in silver packaging.

So, just to be really sure, are they the same MX4 that we know and love?
