Highly doubt so as 26th is just 2 days away from JJ Lin's concert. As someone who did events before, the setting up of the large scale event can take a week - speakers, lightings, visuals, staging, riggings, seatings, sound check, rehearsals. Even a small corporate event at MBS can take at least 3 days to setup.

I see basically all the SEA countries doing the same but unfortunately because of sg's no dual citizenship law we cannot call up real talents like Perry Ng.

It doesn't seem like FIFA requires the players to hold the countries' citizenship. Just need to be eligible by familial ties, place of birth &/or residency.
