Studies showed that need to ride at least an avg speed of 35km/h in order to have a good workout. Anything less is just a casual ride.:D

You try cycle 6 speed Brompton with standard gearing at gear 6.

Sure super workout. :s13:

I cycle 4th gear at 50/13 with 60-80 rpm cadence from CV to GBTB already shag like crap. :s13:

To hit avg 35km/h with those 16inch wheel is definately more shag than road bike :s13:

Sometimes, I dun wan to go ride too far or ride too long but wanted at least some workout, I choose to ride my 18kg single speed steel bike instead of my lighter road bike or MTB. Ride around the neighborhood a few rounds shag liao.

Can anyone recommend an action camera that can be attached to the helmet for cycling? I'm looking at Sony AS20 but it only has a side mount (Mounted to one side of the helmet) which may make my helmet lopsided :s22:

Any bros gt opinions/reviews on Tern bikes? Was looking for a Foldie to complement my roadie. Easier to keep in office too. So far, seems like tern p20 is not bad (and within my budget) :D
