2. Wheels bigger than Vert's bikes
3. Not heavier than 12kg
4. Budget not more than $500


Any brands to recommend?

$500 slowly hunt in tgp i know a few guy manage to get bike that have good specs below $500

because there always be people that want to sell their bike ASAP because of family

40kmh is impressive.. but normally people only look at flat road.

So far, I think only Tyrell foldies can hit that sort of speed.

30kmh on Tern/Dahon shouldn't be a problem.

Been riding a Tyrell for about 1.5yrs and yes, it has fast pick up in speed, but it doesn't maintain a high speed over a long distance before yr legs gets jelly , cruising takes an effort unless you are drafting.
