Up to you. I don't think it makes any difference. For me I hate cold baths so I always soak in warm water even after a ride. Shower also shower in warm or hot water only.

You will have a lot of abrasion if you wear your cycling tights over your underwear.

i dont think it is possible to ride the entire singapore using pcn yet (if youre talking about pasir ris to joo koon)

i done the eastern side pcn before, its quite nice ..
