It is a rebadged what. Haha. I don't see any differences.

But its quite good in the sense that it's 'upgraded'.

I cannot tahan front handlepost that is telescopic.

When i lean forward to climb slopes, it will flex.

My chain is the newest or latest stuff i got. Didn't have this problem when i changed, the clunking sound only came like 2/3 months after the new chain.

I checked my chainring and cassette. Both are stock, so they are like nearly 4 years and just above 2k km. The teeth on both looked alright but there are some which are really sharp. Later i GPGT.

I took some pics of the teeth of my chainring and cassette. Do they look OK or need replacing?
Some of the teeth at the cassette looks beveled but i wonder if this was the original design in the first place.

Supposed to be so sharp?

Hard to say from pic. But look ok. Like I said previously, although I found the problem to be cassette but I can't see any obvious bent or damages. Just to confirm, when you start pedaling the clunking noise happen and your pedal skipped abit right?

I just recalled how I suspect could be the cassette: The chain skipping happened somewhere at the smaller cogs. When I shifted to bigger cogs everything was smooth. To make the troubleshooting more difficult, the skipping occurred only when I was pedaling. If dismount and use hand to move the pedal no skipping. Maybe you can try too, play around with different speed (front and rear) and see which caused the noise.

Yes, the sound only come when i pushed down hard. During normal effort there is no such sound.
Yap, will try that out after i get back my wheel. Today sending it for truing first.

Possible to just buy a cog to replace? If 1st hand don't have, maybe buy a 2nd hand full cassette n slowly change each cog as it wears?

This is also an idea. Thanks!

dont think your cassette and cogs are the problems, like i said earlier, its damn hard to wear them out.

the reasons why your cogs are unevenly shaped is to aid shifting.

sounds more like an alignment issue then an issue with the cassette or chainring, or perhaps your RD hang is slightly bent.

I will monitor the problem first, will need to see which cog I am in whenever I hear the sound. Maybe will narrow down the problem source. Just hope its not serious and won't develop into something serious. Thanks guys...

Sent from the right side of my brain because I will never be caught using GAGT
