I think you can get better value elsewhere.

1. LOOK FOR CRACKS.
2. If you wanna judge the usage, look at the front and rear gear, if the teeth are sharp might wanna give a miss.
3.Suspension look for oil on the silvery part, might indicate contaminated seals
4. rust is common for lower end stuff, it will affect condition slightly, but not very important, as long as the gearing is kept well lubricated it should be fine

new or low mileage gears should look like this

if worn out will look like this

second one basically means the seal give way liao, but if its not alot its fine

sharp teeths means worn out chainrings or cassette

a little bit of oil on upper tubes in open bath/open cartridge forks is normal.
too much means the seal is gone case. the seal is to prevent dirt/dust/grime from going inside.
