Anyone know the difference between a Dahon Horize and Speed Falco? I heard they are the successors of the Vitesse and Speed P8 respectively..The Horize is slightly cheaper than the Falco

Horize is lighter, has fatter wheels, 406 and alu frame.
Falco is heavuer, thinner wheels, 451 and chromoly frame. Much stiffer can can go faster.
For everyday use, horize. For cycling fast on the road, falco.
but falco out of stock. I got horize 2015 model with landing gear if you want.

I see chromoly frames on many (ex) bikes... is the material/tooling really more ex than alu, or just marketing hype?

bro, this is SG leh.....

the point of why they spend $$ to build PCN, is so that they can collect rental from PCN pitstops, which chui buy drinks from :D

no revenue = no go

unless..... chui can find a way for water coolers to generate $$, then can propose :D

gatecrash the bike rally again.

super boring, i only managed to catch a small train to raffles marina midway through tuas, then caught another train to NTU.

after that, no more train, solo on my own, damn boring, last year got so many trains but this year so rare.

Chromoly is stiffer. Usually higher end bikes requires stiffer frames so that they can go fast. Its actually more exp than aluminium also. And a lot of vintage bikes use chromoly also to give it a thinner tube diameter to look sexy.
