Yesterday washed bike and installed new formula mega brakes to replace my oro puro that got oxidised and can't be used anymore. Less than $200 including shipping from formula online store. New old stocks.

lol just buy dura/XTR. half the price of KMC. I used the KMC X11SL bullshyt one. shimano shifts as good.

My bike came with KMC 11spd chain as stock and i had problems shifting smoothly. Went back to the bike shop and they changed a shimano dura one for me and it works like a charm now

Rear wheel of bike keeps shaking left & right. Went to find those uncle for repair, he says my spoke loosen. Paid $30 to him for tightening my spokes, now problem arises again.

Any bros here able to help me? Is there problem with the rim?

My chorus chain also works like a charm. Shifts instantly whether up or down.

This guy just move in from the right side to draft the person in front of me.. then he jammed brake a bit and moved left.. hit my front wheel and I went down... my fren behind hit me and he flew..

luckily it was at a bus stop.. the next guy behind have space to pull left..

i nearly fell cause my hands were off the bars but i managed to correct it to prevent crashing

it was crazy i was riding right in the first pack, car jam brake at west coast highway , then it was rest point but marshal tell us go strt so we rested at 2nd checkpoint.

was doing 35kph behind car, no car suddenly doing 42kph

how u able to continue after heat exhaustion? i thought is body overheat and cannot continue?

super painful for me too, both thighs and hamstrings cramped. Never train for this at all, i deserved this.

yea overheated for me, felt like puking and headache, had to rest for 45 mins each time. but i didnt cramp up lol

mine cadeance and speed censored died, i think too hot lol

Duraace chain or KMC chain better?

dura ace, kmc finishing not good in long term

what is the difference between hub cui and bearing cui?
bearing cui i know can change
hub cui how ar?

sometimes hub the machining tolerance not good, if hub change you might as well buy new wheel its cheaper

i never crashed in events or races before.

the closest one was in ride to sunrise, foreign worker crash into me, i hold his bike then corrected his bike while he changing gear. heng never fall cause using mtb

For your height, I'd strongly recommend 26".

my wife is 156cm, and shes using xxs frame 27.5" mtb.
she feels the bike is too big and uncomfortable for long distance.
i believe 26" mtb would be a better fit

ern not so simple one. to change

got 2 kinds of bearings kind, one is the loose balls, the other is in some sort of cartridge. you need to google your hub till find what kind isit

cartridge you need to hammer out and press in need go lbs and do, most normal home mechanic will not have the tools to do it.

loose balls easier to change, but quite easy to screw up espeically if you dunno how many balls are in each side of the hub. normally is x2 spanner.

erm ball bearings go by grade, i go for grade 10 bearings about 30cents per piece.

cartridge more expensive, a very good brand like NTN bearing will set you back around 10 sgd each

i normally go kian ho bearings to buy bearings

was quoted 80cent for stainless steel G25 by another distributor excluding gst
now i dunno if i actually need stainless steel or steel?
