actually i am thinking how to practice for open sea swimming, really just go beach and start swimming?

I only swim once(non pool) at sentosa from silsolo beach -> the small island and almost died from exhaustion lolx

Currently using schwalbe smart sam
27.5 x 2.1 -650B 30-55 psi

Will be using on pcn, pavement, side of payment. Very occasional or rare off-road situation.

Going part got lost a bit so to and fro estimated about 50km but really half dead when going back so need to improve fitness lol
