Hi, hope that anyone here can help. I recently tried to setup a new computer, upon completion and starting up the computer, there is no display on the monitor and I also saw the red light lighted up in the Cpu and Dram on the MB. Thank you

Possible to share what is the Processor that you are using?

try the following.

1) Insert only 1 stick of ram to see if you are able to boot up.
2) remove the GPU to see if the system is still facing the the red light on the RAM portion.
3) Ensure that the BIOS of the motherboard is the latest version.

hope that helps.

AsRock B550M Pro4 needs BIOS update in order to support Ryzen 5000 CPU. Bring rig to the shop where you bought or to Nigel at PC Care and Solution at #02-32.

I have tried all the method as mentioned, but still the same.

CPU using is Ryzen5 3600XT

1) Insert only 1 stick of ram to see if you are able to boot up.-
Tried but still nothing.
2) remove the GPU to see if the system is still facing the the red light on the RAM portion.
Yes, still facing the light problem
3) Ensure that the BIOS of the motherboard is the latest version.
How should I go about as I have no screen display at all when start up of computer.

Thank you

Am i correct to say that Bios needs to be update before it can support the Ryzen 5?

So I need to get the shop that sell me to do it?

You have a hardware issue and obviously do not have spare equipment to test so bring it back to the shop and have them sort it out for you.

I actually bought parts from different store, so that is why I am at a junction on where to go now.

Hope that anyone can give me advise on what to do next.

Thanks
