I have some questions regarding “Asrock Motherboard” as follows:

Question 1: Telephone technical support, good? Bad? Others?

Question 2: Emails response, good? Bad? Others?

Question 3: Service Centre repairing, good? Bad? Others?

Question 4: How many years warranty?

Answer 4: 3 years warranty. I used to own a asrock H170m motherboard, good bios software and
attractive board but it does'nt last long enough.

Q1 and Q2 - no comment as I didnt used it before.

Q3 - Tech Dynamic are ok, you might need to bring your parts (cpu, ram, gpu etc) down for them to test.

Q4 - 3 Years pending stock availability. Tech Dynamic might replaced a board of a newer gen if the older board are already EOL. Example, 1 of my Asrock AB350 Pro4 ram slot doesnt work anymore. No scratches at the back etc. However they dont have AB350 Pro 4 as it had been EOL, they replaced with a B450 Pro4 for me instead.

Asrock boards are cheap but they don't last very long.
If you want affordable mobos best would be MSI.
Tech Dynamic is located at Chai Chee, you have to consider is it very far for you.

all my motherboards finally gave up their lives maybe because i run them hard and long but asrock through the years has given me the impression that it is cheap and good

Asrock in my opinion are cheap and good. My 6-7 years old Asrock Z97 Extreme 4 still running well with i7-4770K. Infact it outlasted the CPU currently for me as i rma the cpu at least once already.

I would had stay with Asrock if not for the shortages last year for ASrock B550 Steel Legend thats why i went for ASUS TUF-GAMING B550-Plus. That time even Tech Dynamic got no stock.

Never need to call distro cause both the Asrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 and Asrock Z68 Pro3 are running fine.

Z68 Pro3 with 2500K@4.3GHz since 2011; Z68 Extreme3 with 3570K@4.3GHz since 2012. Both are running everyday since day1 for daily stuff like simple games, YT and browsing.

How did some can claim Asrock don't long when both my Asrocks still wotk perfectly after 9~10 years is beyong me.

What do Asrock mobos usually die of?

The only ASrock mobo that gave me problem was the AB350 Pro 4. A2 and B2 just dont want to recognise each other. If i insert a single stick in either A2 or B2, pc posted. If inserted both, they refused to POST. If use both stick on A1 and B1, the mobo works and POST perfectly with Dual Channel. Even Tech Dynamic with their "magical ram" also managed to replicate the issue.

The rest of the Asrock mobo which i used before like H61M, Z77 Extreme 4, Z97 Extreme 4, B75M all works well at the point when i sold it off. Currently keeping Z97 Extreme 4 with 4770K, recently just powered up to update windows etc without issue.
