assemble with some old parts

i want to assemble new cpu at sim lim but got some part from my current pc still can use...

if i take out those parts and bring to shop, then buy the new part, they will allow assemble there?

If you pay the assembly fee, they would help you to add it in. But whether your part is compatible with the new system is your own responsibility to check
