Requirements
Degree in Conservation or Science/Arts and Humanities (Arts or History). Candidates without the relevant experience may apply
Applicant with degree in Arts and Humanities should have preferably studied science at 'O' or 'A' levels
Able to carry out practical work with high degree of manual dexterity and aesthetic sensitivity
Sensitivity to history and aesthetic values required
Familiar in and experience with the regional and local art history, as well as modern and contemporary art will be advantageous
Familiar in and experience with handling and treatment of artefacts will be advantageous, but not necessary
Possess proficient verbal and written communication skills
Possess initiative with ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work
Positive attitude, a cooperative team player who can also work independently when required
Applicant should be meticulous, patient, neat, tidy and organised
Strong interest in heritage and the arts
