Hi All

Anybody know about this shop? I had bought a laptop from this shop at the IT Fair at Expo. I was told should be anything wrong with the laptop to bring back to their shop at Sim Lim Square. And today i went to Sim Lim Square i cannot find the shop. In the recipt that was given to us there isnt show any phone no.
Does any body about this Astron Telecom Shop.

Having the same problem too! Bought a laptop with them at IT fair but having problems with the microsoft office. Please let me know too if anyone managed to contact them! Thank you

I help you guys look up on ARCA (Business directory).
There is no Astron Telecom but Astron Networks.
When you buy the notebook, is there a receipt or invoice?

Here is the address according to ARCA and it is not UBI.

Tip from me, buy from reputable distributor/retailers.
Like Newstead Technologies, Harvey Norman and etc.
Some are IT firms trying to chip in sales during IT show
so they are not actually retailers.
