Asus anti surge

Hi,

I having this anti surge , and i had disable it but my computer still restart for some reason. my desktop is brand new. does anyone had any idea ?

below is my spec

asus h97m plus
sapphire R9 390
seasonic m12ii 620
samsung evo 850 ssd



its restart sometimes only watch youtube or surfing net.

Any problem when in game?
